Andrew O’Hagan is a novelist and non-fiction writer. His 1999 debut Our Fathers was nominated for the Man Booker Prize, and in 2003 O’Hagan was included on Granta list of the ‘Top 20 Young British Novelists’. He has also won the Los Angeles Times Book Award and the E. M. Forster Award from the American Academy of Arts & Letters. He has written essays and reports for publications such as London Review of Books, Granta and The New Yorker, and holds a post as a Creative Writing Fellow at King’s College London. His novel, The Illuminations, has been longlisted for the 2015 Man Booker Prize.
